1. Develop ME Design

1.1 Develop MCAD for mechanical components in the MCAD system and review them with all relevant stakeholders.

1.2 Perform necessary simulations and calculations and review with all relevant stakeholders.

1.3 Review the mechanical design with all stakeholders including experts, managers, suppliers and production line.

1.4 Define necessary steps for prototype test and verification, define integration and test plans.

1.5 Develop assembly instructions

2. Support Prototype Process Support the prototype shop while prototype production and track prototype production progress. Track progress of prototype tooling on supplier side.
