This role supports the implementation and optimization of NPI processes and CHRA/FA manufacturing operations, ensuring readiness and smooth product launches. It develops visual management tools to monitor performance indicators and provides technical support to enhance process efficiency, quality, and compliance. The position contributes directly to improving operational performance and driving continuous improvement across the production environment.
Your role:
Assist in the implementation of new product processes (NPI), participating in tests, try-outs, and statistical studies to prevent failures during launch
Prepare technical presentations for customers with details about new implementations and process changes;
Evaluate the technical feasibility of new products and prepare quotations considering all Garrett requirements and PFMEA;
Submit purchase requests for departmental expenses;
Prepare the product portfolio considering planned improvements for each application.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, energy, and natural resource preservation requirements, to guarantee people’s safety and well‑being as well as environmental protection.
• Promote continuous improvement through the effective use of GEM, applying its tools and incorporating work processes in a disciplined manner.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and procedures.
Your profile:
Technical Degree in Mechanics and/or Electronics and/or Automation (In Progress / Completed)
or
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering (In Progress / Completed)
· Basic Knowledge of quality systems & standards;
· Knowledge MAT, GEM, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO50001, e ISO45001
· Basic knowlage of manufacturing process;
· Basic knowledge of FMEA;
· Basic language is a minimum required.
