Job Description

Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

  • Achievement of project goals in terms of quality, schedule, and costs for the planning and industrialization of production facilities for Li-ion battery packs and modules up to turnkey handover to our production plants
  • Planning, structuring, and interdisciplinary leadership of a Manufacturing Engineering project team
  • Representation of Manufacturing Engineering according to PEP within the overall project team, as well as close coordination with our production plant
  • Sustainable and goal-oriented change management both externally and internally
  • Supporting and participating in all critical tasks and project phases

This is what you bring to us:

  • Several years of professional experience, e.g., in production planning for Li-ion battery packs and modules or in highly automated assembly lines
  • Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams, for example as a project or sub-project manager
  • Structured and organized working style, high self-motivation, and the ability to motivate and inspire the project team
  • Very good English skills and willingness to travel internationally as well as work in international teams
  • Completed engineering degree (e.g., production engineering or manufacturing technology)
