Your mission, roles and responsibilities

ü 主要工作：

• 负责汽车内饰件（仪表台、副仪表板、门板）包覆、焊接、装配等工艺制定与完善
• 新项目工艺开发、评审、试产跟进及问题整改
• 编制工艺文件：作业指导书、工艺流程图 、PFMEA、PBOM等
• 产线工艺参数优化、提升良率、降本提效
• 推动完成工厂降本VAVE的项目
• 管理工程师变更请求ECR(报价、执行等…)
• 现场生产异常、质量问题工艺分析与快速解决
• 工装夹具、模具的开发与跟踪调试
• 培训一线员工规范作业、固化标准化作业

附加或特殊工作任务：

• 对公司的业务活动有关的所有信息严加保密（但中国有关机构要求的除外），并对合同中定义的所有机密严加保密
• 充分学习理解并认同佛吉亚《管理规范》及《道德规范》中的各项内容，承诺严格遵守并以此为日常行为指南
• 知悉并严格遵守利益冲突的相关规定

• 最低学历要求Minimum Education Level ：

机械或是汽车行业相关的大专以上学位

• 经验Experience ：

在汽车行业内具有3至5年工作经验

具有项目管理经验

• 专业技能知识 Functional / Technical knowledge ：

质量体系和健康，安全和环境的实践应用能力
