Responsibilities
Be part of the site team to perform engineering design, project management and oversee drawing management, and control of technical documentation;
Good knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and codes, design development & detailing;
To assist Project Manager for site M&E services planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and inspections;
To ensure site activities are executed in full compliance with technical specification and approved drawings within project budget and schedule;
To liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors for technical submittal and approval;
To adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices;
Others ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
Requirements:-
Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering duly recognised by Professional Engineer Board of Singapore and accepted universities within the BCA listing.
At least 3 years in relevant working experience in local construction industry;
Self-motivated, independent and good interpersonal & communication skills
