·
Prepare site drawing plans for M&E shop drawings on underground sanitary,
water supply and fire-protection system works for building project.
· Coordinate M&E works with Structural / Precast trades, Architectural
works, and other Subcontractors to ensure smooth work progress
· Liaise with Clients and Consultants on work progress
· Assist to prepare M&E program and submission schedule
· Supervise, inspection & coordination and works of M&E subcontractors
to resolve the technical problems in order to achieve the desired overall
project objective.
· Assist Contract Department on tenders, progress claim and VO submission
· Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
· M&E Coordinator Certificate is advantageous
· At least 3 years’ experience in local Building Construction project
· Good Knowledge in M&E services
· Proficient in using AutoCad
