
RLB have been appointed to undertake condition surveys for the Department for Education, covering 7300 properties across England over 5 years. The commission is one of the largest of its kind ever undertaken across Europe and follows on from the success of its predecessor commission, to which RLB were also appointed.
We are currently recruiting a M&E Surveyor to join a client focused team within the Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity for a high caliber individual to join and strengthen our team.
The role involves visual assessment of Mechanical & Electrical element condition, to be captured via a tablet application.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive Mechanical and/or Electrical or Building Services Engineer, who is familiar with producing M&E reports and is proficient in identifying M&E Assets/Systems providing support to the existing team in the delivery of various projects and stock condition surveys.
