Job Description · Full-Time To construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software (CAD/Revit) · Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings · Prepare design and construction documentation · Ensure projects are completed in accordance to internal guidelines and compliance with the relevant government regulatory requirement · Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes · Coordinate with Archi, Structure, Finishing, other M&E services · Working closely with project management team to initiate, implement and monitor workplans.
Requirements · At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. · Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent. · Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency. · Plan all drawing request to meet the submission deadline.
