Be responsible for logistics cost overall control, project tracking, attending central logistic meeting.

BP, CF update review, long-term TLC planning and project deployment…

Job Responsibilities:

1. Cost Monitoring & Advanced Data Analysis

 Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly logistics costs, including inbound/outbound freight,

warehousing, customs, packaging, personal and others.

 Perform deep-dive data analysis by extracting and synthesizing large datasets from multiple systems (ERP,

TMS, WMS) to identify hidden cost drivers, inefficiencies, and savings opportunities.

 Conduct variance analysis to compare actual logistics expenses against budgeted and forecasted figures,

investigating root causes for deviations.

 Calculate and monitor key cost metrics (e.g., cost per unit, cost per mile, cost per order, freight as a percentage

of sales).

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

 Assist in the preparation of the annual logistics budget in collaboration with the Supply Chain and CTG teams.

 Develop and maintain rolling monthly and quarterly cost forecasts.

 Model financial scenarios to assess the impact of carrier rate increases, fuel price fluctuations, and changes in

distribution networks.

3. Process Optimization, Project Deployment & Tracking Implementation

 Proactively identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the supply chain that result in unnecessary costs.

 Lead the project deployment of cost-reduction initiatives (e.g., load optimization, mode shifting, warehouse

slotting improvements, route optimization) by coordinating cross-functional teams, setting timelines, and

ensuring proper resource allocation.

 Take ownership of tracking implementation by monitoring the execution phase of these projects, ensuring

operational teams are adopting new processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

 Conduct post-implementation reviews to track actual realized savings against projected financial benefits

(ROI), adjusting as needed to ensure long-term success.

4. Reporting & KPI Management

 Develop, maintain, and present automated dashboards and reports for logistics spending and project ROI

tracking.

 Provide monthly closing support to the finance team by ensuring all logistics accruals are accurately recorded.

 Present findings, data trends, and project status updates to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in cost controlling, supply chain finance, logistics analysis.
  • Proven track record of not only identifying cost-saving opportunities but also deploying projects and verifying their implementation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, macros) and strong data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and data querying (SQL is a plus)
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to drive initiatives from concept to deployment.
