Shape the Future: You will take on the technical and disciplinary leadership for the SO customer quality team in China and adapt it across locations to changing conditions, such as markets and digitalization. You will specifically foster your employees and support their personal and professional development in a motivating environment.
Take Responsibility: Your goal is to increase customer satisfaction. You will independently manage internal and external customers of the Semiconductor IPN and serve as a role model in appreciative and targeted customer communication. You are the first level of escalation and handle these independently.
Implement Holistically: You will monitor the improvement of customer quality metrics for the SO products (throughput time, CRI, PPM numbers, long-runners, 8D quality) and develop innovative concepts for improvement.
Implement Reliably: You will plan and coordinate customer audits and customer visits together with internal contact persons.
Communicate in a Network: Cooperation with internal and external interfaces is important to you, and you strengthen collaboration across hierarchical and departmental boundaries. Especially with the ME/QMM-C-SO team in Germany, the sales and application team and all SO manufacturing sites and departments.
Analyze Structurally: You will support the analysis of defective parts ( 0km failures, field failures, test failures) and ensure the sustainable implementation of improvements in the Semiconductor IPN.
Job Responsibilities:
University degree in technical subjects, or other university degree + 5years work experience in technical field
Several years of team management role, experience in quality management or manufacturing or development or project management
Experience in quality field; Experience in claim management; Experience in customer communication; Experience In wafer production area.
