Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes MDM requests, incidents, data set-ups in Syndigo and Oracle eBS for golden and non-golden attributes and bank verifications for Vendor Golden Records.​

  • Triages and ensures timely processing of MDM requests and incidents​.

  • Set-up and update Vendor master records in Syndigo and Oracle eBS, based on the information received from the Intake Form.

  • Corrects defects and data quality issues.

  • Validate that vendor specifications are complete and uploaded into all relevant systems.

  • Persistent monitoring of exceptions from and adherence to Data Quality policies and governance standards and standard work processes. ​

  • Maintain integration processes to support on-going data quality.

  • Writes reports, documentation and operating manuals, adhering to business needs and IT standards.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements.

  • Perform data cleansing and validation.

Basic Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or relevant experience of minimum 1-2 years in a procurement or business support role

  • Demonstrated understanding of data modelling, data quality, and data profiling

  • Experienced with Microsoft Desktop Applications Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel)

  • Strong analytical skills combined with practical business acumen

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in clear and concise business communications

  • Flexible, well-organized and ready for self-development

  • Detail-oriented

  • Advanced English, Portuguese, Spanish
