In this role, you’ll play a critical role in advancing the organization’s Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of business, data governance, technical delivery, and operational readiness, providing both execution leadership and enablement across teams.

This role is responsible for the MDM platform and its end-to-end delivery and is accountable for ensuring that master data solutions are effectively designed, implemented, tested, and adopted across the enterprise. The MDM Delivery & Enablement Manager provides clear direction, stabilizes priorities, and ensures that MDM outcomes align with enterprise strategy and business needs. • Ensure platform capabilities align with enterprise master data strategy and business priorities.
    • Drive prioritization decisions to maintain focus and delivery stability.
    • Identify risks, dependencies, and decision points and drive resolution.
  • Test Strategy & Quality Ownership
    • Ensure test cases are defined, documented, and repeatable for all MDM changes.
    • Ensure traceability between business requirements, governance rules, and technical implementation.
    • Enforce quality standards prior to release.
  • Change Management & Release Readiness
    • Own change management for MDM changes impacting downstream systems.
    • Coordinate impact assessment, communication, and readiness activities.
    • Ensure releases are well-communicated, controlled, and adopted.
  • MDM Operating Model Leadership
    • Lead and continuously improve end-to-end MDM workflows.
    • Ensure effective collaboration across business, governance, and technical teams

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in data, MDM, or enterprise platform delivery
  • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering enterprise data platforms
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts and practices
  • Experience establishing test strategies and ensuring delivery quality
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and delivery partners
  • Strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills

What Sets You Apart:

  • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Stibo, Informatica, or Reltio
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architectures)
  • Experience supporting customer, product, or user master data domains
  • Experience operating in a matrixed enterprise environment

Where and When You’ll Work:

  • This is an in-person role that can be based out of either our Greene, NY office or our Columbus, IN office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
