With e-commerce booming, our Operation Clerks provide critical operational support to keeping things moving.
Our Operations Clerks are a key support to the StarTrack operations team. You’ll be supporting internal and external stakeholders for multiple areas of the business including operations, management and customers. Whether you’re assisting the team tracking freight, obtaining delivery information from drivers or coordinating the movement of freight, every day you’ll use your superior organising skills to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
This role is offered on a permanent part-time 30 hrs a week basis working Mon -Thursday from 8.30am to 4.36pm. The hourly rate is $31.70 per hour plus 12% super
About You
* Great communication skills
* Enjoy working safely and respectfully with drivers, supervisors and customers
* Confident using computers and have intermediate level experience using - the MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook. In house programs will have training provided
* Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
* As this role requires some lifting - fitness levels to lift up to 30kg are a must, we assess this at a pre-employment medical check to ensure you’re safe on the job
