Seeking: HC/MC Licensed Drivers & Plant Operators with HC or MC Licence

ScreedPro is Australia’s largest screed pump truck company. Our nationwide fleet of over 32 screed pump trucks manufactures and pumps high-performance floor screed and self-level products for tilers, flooring contractors, and builders on construction projects large and small. Due to our growing fleet, we are looking to add new members to our existing team.

• Saturday work at $60 p/h

About the role

This is not just a truck driving job – this is a plant operations role where you’re out on different sites every day across construction, residential, schools, rail, shopping centres, and high-rise developments.

You’ll drive the truck to site, operate the pump truck with its onboard plc and support the screeders – while they do the screeding work.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a good work ethic and takes initiative
• Has a positive, can-do attitude
• Is a genuine team player
• Is self-motivated and able to work independently
• Is committed to safety, reliability, and takes pride in their work
• Can communicate well with clients and on-site trades
• Wants a role with real variety and responsibility — not just another driving job
• Are able to carry/move pump hoses and walk up/down stairs as needed
• Can use mobile apps for basic work documentation

Must-haves

• Current HC or MC Licence
• White Card
• Good driving record

Daily tasks include:

• Load truck with sand and cement at our Stapylton depot
• Perform daily pre-start checks
• Drive to and from one customer site per day (average day is 10–12 hours)
• Safely set up and operate pump truck including hose manoeuvring
• Complete basic electronic documentation
• Maintain a clean truck and clean up site at the end of the day
