RACV's Member Engagement Centre operates 365 days a year, supporting members whenever they need us. We offer a hybrid work environment, giving you the flexibility to work both from home and from our Noble Park office.

As a Sales & Service Consultant, you'll take inbound calls from existing and potential members by understanding our members needs and providing quick, effective solutions from our great range of products and services.

Hours and Learning:

To be considered for this role you need to have the following availability:

Start date: 24th August 2026

Available to work from: 550 Princes Hwy, Noble Park VIC

Shifts scheduled between 9am-11pm

5-week rotational roster includes every 5th weekend (both Saturday and Sunday)

Learning program:

We set our people up for success from day one with a comprehensive 3-month learning program. Availability between 9am-7.30 pm Monday to Friday.

During your first three months, with a dedicated support team by your side, you will participate in a structured learning and development program designed to build confidence and capability across systems, product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service excellence. With dedicated support and experienced mentors by your side, you will have everything you need to thrive in your role.
