Due to increased volume, we are recruiting for a local MC driver. Offering a $2,000 bonus payable after 3 months of service.

We are currently seeking an experienced MC Local Driver / yardman (AM shift - 0600 - 1430 with occasional overtime) to join our team undertaking various runs for local driving / yardman duties in Adelaide (15, Penner Avenue, Burton, SA.5110).
Duties will include but not limited to:
• Undertake loading and unloading duties at various GTS customer premises.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork (eg: customer POD's/consignment notes, run sheets etc.)
• Daily vehicle checks and fitness for duty.
• Delivery of allocated freight to required locations as per customer time-slot.
• Load / unload trailers.
• Load restraint as per National Load Restraint Guidelines.
• Refueling and cleanliness of allocated equipment.
• Promptly report any mechanical faults, delivery issues or delays.
To be successful in the role you will possess the following attributes:
• Hold a current MC license. (Unrestricted preferred)
• Demonstrated good driving and employment history.
• Reliable and enthusiastic.
• Clear communicator and must be punctual
• Strong understanding and commitment to safety.
• Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) accreditation would be an advantage.
• Training and induction will be provided.
To be eligible for full time employment you will be required to meet the following employment criteria which will include but not be limited to;
• Federal Police Check.
• Full Medical and functional testing.
• Pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing
• Hold permanent and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
