We are seeking an MBSE Systems Integrator to join our team supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) at Redstone Arsenal. This position is unique: it prioritizes requirements integration, stakeholder communication, and process alignment over deep-tool SME (Subject Matter Expert) status.
While you will be responsible for overseeing the MBSE Suite (including IBM ELM and Cameo), your primary value lies in your ability to sit with leadership, gather complex mission requirements, and effectively disseminate those requirements to our technical teams. We are looking for a professional who understands the "big picture" of digital engineering and can ensure our tools, processes, and engineering teams are synchronized.
