In the Private Equity team, you will:

• Screen and evaluate new deals Perform market and industry research
• Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analysis on existing and potential assets
• Perform due diligence on companies, management, customers and industries
• Work with other internal and external functional experts (legal, tax, finance, etc.) on certain transactions
• Preparate materials for Investment Committee and other senior management reviews Asset management functions for portfolio companies in various industries including performing strategic reviews
• Report to a team of top-class investment professionals.

What were looking for?

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Portuguese is required
• 2 years of combined experience with a top-tier private equity, investment bank or consulting group; Private equity experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated competency in financial statement analysis, business valuation, accounting and
  finance
• Demonstrated ability and interest to work with a small group of investment professionals in adynamic environment
  
• Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset
