Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Mazak Vertical/Horizontal Machinist (Mazatrol Programming) for a project located in Sheboygan Falls, WI This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is up to $37/hour based on experience plus $100/day worked per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job-site. Job Scope:

• Program, set up, and run a variety of Mazak machine tools using Mazatrol programming.
• Work from blueprints and job specifications to plan efficient manufacturing processes.
• Measure and verify part dimensions using precision measuring tools.
• Safely use overhead cranes to move large parts and materials.
• Maintain machine shop equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Train and assist coworkers in the proper and safe operation of equipment.
• Collaborate in person with team members to pro-actively resolve issues.
• Occasionally perform deburring and assist in improving manufacturing procedures.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of machinist experience (job shop experience is mandatory).
• Strong working knowledge of Mazatrol or similar CNC machine programming software.
• Must be able to program and edit Mazatrol programs (non-programmers will not be considered).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and routings.
• Proficient in performing metric conversions and geometric calculations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
