DEME is currently moving from Maximo 7.6 to the new MAS9 platform. To strengthen our internal application team, we are looking for a hands-on Maximo Application Engineer with a strong interest in configuration, integrations and application support.
In this role, you help maintain the existing Maximo environment while supporting the rollout and stabilization of MAS9.
Development
With strong communication skills and a solid technical background, you work closely with the Maximo team to translate business requirements into clear actions and improvements for the application.
You collaborate with integration partners to ensure correct alignment of endpoints, data mappings and interfaces between Maximo and other business applications.
Service Delivery
Together with the Maximo functional and technical team, you help safeguard operational quality and provide 2nd‑line support to the business.
By gaining a solid understanding of DEME’s Maximo environment, you proactively identify issues and contribute to stable and reliable application performance through maintenance and configuration changes.
You document system changes and share knowledge in line with DEME’s ITIL-based service processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or maintaining a business application.
Experience with integrations (endpoints, mappings, APIs).
Understanding of Asset Management and/or Procurement processes, or willingness to learn.
Experience with Maximo or MAS9 is an asset.
