Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned
Functional SME (Subject Matter Expert)
with deep expertise in
Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
warehouse operations
,
supply chain execution
, and
WMS configurations
. You will serve as the functional liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of the MAWM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Act as the
  functional expert
  for all matters related to
  Manhattan Active WMS
  , including system configuration, process design, and enhancement.

• 
  Partner with business teams to gather and translate
  warehouse operations requirements
  into MAWM configurations and functional specifications.

• 
  Lead or support
  MAWM implementation and upgrade projects
  , ensuring business continuity and system optimization.

• 
  Design and document end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, labor management, etc.).

• 
  Work closely with Manhattan Associates and implementation partners to ensure best practices are followed during deployment.

• 
  Provide
  functional guidance and training
  to warehouse super users and operations teams.

• 
  Support
  system testing (SIT, UAT)
  , issue resolution, and user training activities.

• 
  Collaborate with integration teams on WMS connectivity with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, TMS, OMS).

• 
  Troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.

• 
  Stay up to date with Manhattan Active WMS updates, new features, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

• 
  5+ years of experience
  in
  Manhattan WMS
  , with at least
  2+ years in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM)
  .

• 
  Proven experience in
  functional configuration
  and
  business process mapping
  in warehouse environments.

• 
  Strong understanding of
  warehouse operations and logistics workflows
  .

• 
  Hands-on experience in
  requirements gathering
  ,
  functional documentation
  , and
  user training
  .

• 
  Experience working with
  cross-functional teams
  across IT, operations, and third-party vendors.

• 
  Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• 
  Ability to
  troubleshoot and resolve functional and operational issues
  within the WMS environment.
