Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled
MAWM Configuration Specialist
with hands-on experience in configuring and implementing
Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in
warehouse management and supply chain operations
, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Configure and implement
  Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
  modules based on business requirements

• 
  Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements

• 
  Perform
  end-to-end configuration
  including:

  • 
    Inbound processes (receiving, putaway)

  • 
    Outbound processes (picking, packing, shipping)

  • 
    Inventory management

  • 
    Wave planning and task management

• 
  Customize and configure:

  • 
    Business rules

  • 
    Workflows

  • 
    Task flows

  • 
    Allocation and replenishment strategies

• 
  Support
  system integration
  with:

  • 
    OMS (Order Management Systems)

  • 
    TMS (Transportation Management Systems)

  • 
    ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

• 
  Participate in:

  • 
    System testing (SIT/UAT)

  • 
    Production support

  • 
    Issue troubleshooting and resolution

• 
  Collaborate with development teams for enhancements and integrations

• 
  Ensure adherence to
  best practices and performance optimization

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  Experience working with
  Manhattan WMS / MAWM

• 
  Strong hands-on experience in
  MAWM configuration (not just support)

• 
  Good understanding of:

  • 
    Warehouse operations

  • 
    Supply chain processes

  • 
    Inventory lifecycle

• 
  Experience in configuring:

  • 
    Picking strategies

  • 
    Slotting / replenishment

  • 
    Labor/task management

  • 
    Wave templates

• 
  Knowledge of:

  • 
    APIs / integrations

  • 
    Microservices architecture (preferred)

  • 
    SQL basics

• 
  Experience in
  Agile/Scrum environments
