The Maître D’ is a key hospitality professional who ensures guests receive a refined and seamless dining experience from the moment they arrive.
The Maître D’ at Basalt is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and assisting with guest requests throughout their dining experience. This position works closely with the service teams to ensure exceptional guest service in a polished, upscale environment. The Maître D’ plays a central role in creating a welcoming and elegant first impression, especially for VIP guests and special occasions.
Job Specifications:
Onsite Black Desert Resort – Basalt Shift & Schedule Availability Year-Round / Full-Time Pay Rate $17/hr. plus portion of tips. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
