Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field; PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
• 
  Minimum of 4–5 years of teaching experience in IGCSE, A-Levels, or IB Mathematics programs.
• 
  Having UAE experience in Cycle 2 & 3.
• 
  Proven expertise in classroom management and student engagement strategies.
• 
  Strong command of ICT tools and digital learning platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, LMS, interactive whiteboards).
• 
  Valid IELTS score of 6.5 or higher (for Arab nationals, Western nationals, or native English speakers only).
• 
  Demonstrated ability to foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
• 
  Experience in curriculum development, assessment design, and examination preparation.
• 
  Commitment to continuous professional growth and adherence to international education standards.
• 
  Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-paced academic environment.
