At SEK-Dublin International School, we are looking to incorporate a Math Teacher starting in September 2026.
To deliver high-quality Mathematics teaching within the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP), fostering students' mathematical thinking, critical reasoning, and inquiry-based learning while contributing to their academic achievement and personal development in an international learning environment.
Teach Mathematics in the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP).
Deliver Mathematics in the IB Diploma Programme (DP).
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IB standards.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Collaborate with colleagues in the Mathematics Department and across the school.
Participate actively in school life, including meetings and occasional weekend activities.
Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s Degree in Teacher Training or an equivalent teaching qualification.
English proficiency at C1 level or above.
Previous experience in international schools is highly valued.
IB training or experience is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
Temporary contract.
Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 4:30 pm) and one Saturday per month.
