Mathematics Teacher at Abraham Clark High School


This position is for a Mathematics Teacher at Abraham Clark HS for the 2026-2027 School Year. September 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.

Stipend/Salary:
REA Salary Guide Range
BA: Step 1 $57,828.00- MA+30 Step OG1 $104,576.00

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • New Jersey Teacher of Mathematics Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of secondary mathematics content and effective instructional practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to student achievement and equitable learning opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver engaging math instruction aligned with state standards and district curriculum
  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
  • Integrate technology and cross-curricular connections into lessons where appropriate
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and student-centered classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and departments on interdisciplinary initiatives
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
  • Uphold district policies and professional ethics in all interactions
