
Jo Malone London is seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to join the Global Marketing team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.
This role will lead the development and execution of integrated brand and innovation strategies, driving consumer engagement and business growth across key areas of the portfolio.
Working in close partnership with cross-functional, regional, and affiliate teams, the successful candidate will help shape the brand's future pipeline, deliver impactful global marketing programs, and ensure consistent, consumer-centric storytelling across markets. This is a highly collaborative leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across a complex global organization while upholding Jo Malone London's luxury positioning and British heritage.
