JOB OVERVIEW

• Coverage Period: May 10, 2026 – Ongoing
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
COVERAGE DATES
• Ongoing coverage; full-time preferred (will consider 1 week per month)
PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: Adult female patients (childbearing age)
• Patient Volume/Census: Approximately 25 patients per day
• Phone Consults: Included
• Case Mix: High-risk obstetrics including hypertension, HELLP syndrome, diabetes, cardiac and pulmonary disorders, renal, neurologic, autoimmune, hematologic/oncologic conditions, placenta previa/abruption, multiple gestation; ultrasound interpretation and consultative care

• EMR System: Epic
• Office Equipment Available: Ultrasound and diagnostic equipment
• Specialty Backup Available: Multidisciplinary OB and specialty teams
• Support Staff Available: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 APPs
• Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (with clean file)
• Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Ultrasound performance and interpretation
• Level II targeted ultrasound
• Fetal echocardiography
• Amniocentesis (genetic)
• Management of high-risk pregnancy conditions
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active PA license required (willing to license)
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of MFM experience
• Other Qualifications: Strong ultrasound diagnostic skills preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide consultative MFM services for high-risk pregnancies
• Perform and interpret advanced ultrasound studies
• Manage complex maternal and fetal conditions
• Collaborate with OB and multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
