You like seeing how things are built and take pride in playing a role in ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
You're practical, reliable and detail-oriented. You understand the importance of following procedures accurately and can be trusted to carry out testing, collect samples and record results carefully. You recognise that quality, safety and accuracy are essential on construction sites and are committed to doing things the right way.
You enjoy hands-on work and learn best through practical experience. Whether you're using specialist testing equipment, taking measurements or recording data, you're keen to develop your technical skills and take on new challenges. You're comfortable using basic maths and IT systems and can communicate confidently with colleagues, clients and site teams.
