This role serves as a key connection point between operations and material functions, partnering closely with leadership and frontline teams to maintain production readiness.

As a member of the Materials/Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring daily material readiness and execution alignment to support production schedules. The Materials Technical Advisor (MTA) is a senior-level individual contributor who owns day-to-day material priorities, execution decisions, and ERP accuracy. You will coordinate across multiple functions to resolve material issues, mitigate risks, and maintain operational flow. Your work directly supports production efficiency, inventory integrity, and on-time delivery performance.

The hourly rate for this role is in the range of $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $27-32 per hour. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
