To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Materials Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

This role involves being responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the site Materials management, covering the full spectrum of Purchasing, Planning and Inventory management.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Support and monitor site materials management activities, including but not limited to production planning, finish good sales, inventory levels and work orders.
  • Ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements while maintaining acceptable inventory levels.
  • Develop materials schedules and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.
  • Assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system.
  • Establish and implement best practices for materials management processes and workflows executed by the materials team.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Experience in food safety and manufacturing industries.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Proven background in materials management and inventory control.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel.
  • Working knowledge of MRP systems (e.g., SAP, BAAN).
  • Previous experience in Warehouse logistics processes such as receiving materials, picking and kitting.
  • Basic English communication skills; assertive verbal and written communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Experience in KPI tracking, especially inventory control.
