The Materials Specialist will have the responsibility of conducting the daily 1st shift warehouse general activities, including receipt, handling, and shipment of materials, components, supplies and other commodities, performance of cycle counts, maintenance of the warehouse in an orderly, tidy and inspection-ready state, adherence to all safety procedures and regulations, and collaborating with other departments as applicable. This position will also initiate, investigate, and close deviations, CAPAs, Change Actions, etc., as applicable. The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of achieving results in a warehouse environment and maintaining a positive culture.
· Experience in using ERP systems with an emphasis on inventory.
· Experience in a process improvement environment, including change management and optimizing process flow.
· Flexibility to adjust work schedule in support of operations is a plus.
· Solid communication and collaboration skills, committed to meeting high-quality standards.
