This role is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials required to support manufacturing, service operations, and new product introductions. This role manages end-to-end material planning, procurement, inventory optimization, supplier coordination, and order fulfillment activities to maintain uninterrupted production while balancing inventory targets. The position works closely with manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, logistics, and service teams to drive operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and supplier performance.

Develop and execute material requirement plans based on production forecasts, service demand, and inventory targets to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize planning parameters to balance material availability, inventory turns, and obsolescence risk.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, and service teams to align material supply with business requirements.
Manage material readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, including phase-in and phase-out activities.
Own end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase order creation, material scheduling, and supplier follow-up.
Coordinate material pull-ins, expedites, push-outs, and rescheduling actions to support changing demand requirements.
Review material availability across a rolling planning horizon and proactively mitigate potential supply chain risks.
Maintain targeted inventory levels and healthy Days-on-Hand (DOH) metrics while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and adherence to inventory control processes.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive delivery performance, quality, and cost objectives.
Resolve supplier, logistics, customs clearance, quality, and invoice-related issues to ensure timely material availability.
Utilize Oracle, ASCP, Digital Cockpit, and related ERP tools to manage planning activities, analyze performance metrics, and support continuous process improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in materials planning, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
Experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle, ASCP, or similar planning platforms.
Demonstrated experience in material planning, purchase order management, supplier coordination, and inventory control.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in healthcare technology, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of inventory optimization, demand planning, and lean manufacturing principles.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
