Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor material availability, ensuring required components are available to support production schedules while managing inventory levels and supply risks.
• Run and monitor material planning processes in SAP according to company procedures.
• Review SAP planning results and respond to shortages, rescheduling proposals, and other planning alerts
• Create, review, and maintain planned orders, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders in coordination with production and procurement teams.
• Check material availability, stock levels, open orders, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, suppliers, and logistics to resolve material shortages and delivery delays. In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.
• Monitor supplier confirmations and inbound deliveries; escalate risks that may affect production.
• Analyze inventory and material-planning performance and support actions to reduce shortages, excess stock, and obsolete inventory.
• Ensure material availability (date/ quantity).
• Support SAP testing, process improvements, and user documentation related to material planning.
• In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in SCM minimum 2 years
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good command of English and correspondence
• Good analyzing skill
• Flexibility and the availability to deal with ambiguous or tense situations
• Ability to work both independant and team
• Ability to fulfill time-critical tasks on time, keep to schedules and deadlines
• Strong communications skills
• Result oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and service mind
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
