Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Industrial experience in mechanical transformation processes, including rolling, machining, heat treatment, and induction furnaces.
Knowledge of vacuum furnaces is a plus.
Experience in the development and control of special, high-purity metallic materials—particularly for the electronics, medical, pharmaceutical, or related industries—is highly desirable.
Experience using process management, quality, and safety tools such as RCA, Ishikawa, HAZOP, and SWIFT, among others.
Knowledge of quality control techniques for materials, processes, and finished products.
Experience with technology transfer and the commissioning of processes/facilities is desirable.
Experience with integrated management systems (ERP), preferably SAP.
