Collects and documents data related to suppliers, the quantity of the materials, cost of the materials for initiating purchase to meet the production schedules.

Job Requirements

• Placing the purchase orders in enterprise-wide supply chain systems to the suppliers and ordering appropriate stock levels with specific suppliers per the plan.
• Coordinating with the production teams for accurate inventory numbers and liaising with internal departments regularly to deal with discrepancies.
• Assisting the management in planning the purchasing strategies, key performance indicators, budgets, risk mitigation, cost savings, and inventory partnerships.
• Implementing, reviewing, and updating the documentation of standard processes, procedures, and internal policies.

What your background should look like

Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
