Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all financial aspects, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and systems.
• Leads the accounting team and drives continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Manages general accounting, prepares reports on financial results, and ensures compliance with regulations and internal standards.
• Partners with business leaders to develop financial reviews, plans, and strategies.
• Analyzes plant capacity and specifications to determine achievable production volumes.
• Develops and maintains detailed production plans and schedules.
• Monitors progress, updates schedules proactively, and manages delays or disruptions.
• Communicates effectively with customers regarding any potential delays.
• Contributes to new product development and improvement initiatives.
• Configures and manages item planning parameters within the ERP system.
• Performs daily production output tracking against the plan.
• Ensures finished products meet all quality standards and customer specifications.
• Determines equipment, materials, and manpower needed for production runs.
• Troubleshoots and resolves production issues effectively.
• Escalates unresolved issues to management promptly and professionally.
• Assists with training and performance evaluations for production team members.

Requirements:

• Age 40 47 years.
• Bachelors degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally with Oracle systems.
• Skilled in planning and scheduling production, adapting plans to meet deadlines with agility.
• Adept at identifying potential production risks and implementing strategies to minimize their impact.
• Excellent communication skills for resolving production issues and escalating concerns effectively.
• Experience training team members and conducting performance evaluations.
