Materials Planning Associate

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan and pipeline inventory for low to medium complex customer demand—lower dollar value and/or lower part count.

• Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Tools would include backlog matching, shortage reports and the Arrow flex reports with minimum customer interaction.

• Prepare Arrow generated forecasts for e-compass. Upload and manage the exceptions generated from the e-compass processing.

• Maintain manual bonds to assure interrupted availability of inventory.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial or business-related field required.

• Highly prefer experience with Oracle.

• Excel Intermediate.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$19,991.67 - $21,780.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
