As a Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you’ll coordinate and expedite the flow of materials to meet production schedules. You’ll leverage analytics and liaise with colleagues to implement process and procedural improvements.

As a Materials Planning and Execution Specialist, you will be responsible for:

· Working closely with demand departments to understand demand changes. Confirming customer order delivery dates based on material availability and production capacity.

· Developing/updating production plans to maximize manufacturing efficiency. Ensuring alignment with the Master Production Schedule, and follow up on execution progress.

· Verifying material availability to support stable production operations and adjusting production plans promptly if material shortages may impact production.

· Driving material requirements planning based on sales orders, safety stock levels, forecasted production demand, and inventory status.

· Maintaining SAP material data and monitoring the release and fulfillment status of material purchase orders (POs).

· Evaluating delivery lead times for materials required to support customer orders. Achieving order fulfillment and on-time delivery targets.

· Performing other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor, manager, or designated personnel.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or related mjor.

· Have 5+ years of experience in production planning and material planning.

· Have experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) module. Excellent Excel skills with the ability to perform data analysis and reporting.

· Have great planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.

· Be fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

· Demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills
