What you will do:
Manage and coordinate all maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability of materials.
Serve as the primary point of contact for MRO-related inquiries and issues within the plant.
Collaborate with various departments to assess MRO needs and align procurement strategies effectively.
Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and maintenance processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement and maintain a robust data management system for tracking MRO supplies and usage.
What we look for:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MRO coordination or related roles in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
