Manage and Provide Leadership - Manages, trains, and provides leadership, including communication, coaching, timely performance feedback, recruitment, corrective discipline and employee development.
Supervise - Assures that the department personnel are providing the following:
Budget - Prepares and submits an annual budget, revises as necessary and operates the department within approved budget limits and expectations.
Inventory Management - Effectively manages raw material and piece parts to meet or exceed inventory turn objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three (3) or more years of experience in purchasing, production control, materials management, or a related manufacturing environment.
Experience utilizing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to support materials planning, inventory management, and purchasing activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
Experience using Oracle ERP systems to support purchasing, materials management, inventory control, and planning activities.
Three (3) or more years of leadership or supervisory experience within a manufacturing, supply chain, or materials management environment
