What awaits you:

•Manage end-of-month closing activities related to materials and logistics operations.

•Review, validate, and approve supplier invoices within SAP in accordance with company policies.

•Monitor and track material requirements, ensuring timely delivery to support production schedules.

•Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices, shipments, or inventory.

•Analyze data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

•Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards in all logistics operations.

•Oversee port and border movements to ensure a timely and compliant delivery of all inbound components.

•Assist with Tariff recovery as necessary

•Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and operations.

•Create declaration of value (manifestation de valor) for all imports

•Coordinate with the customs broker all the imports and review the pedimentos

•Continuously improve process through use of AI and Industy 4.0 tools both internally and externally

•Enter all imports into the SAT system

What you’ll need to succeed:

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

•Experience working with SAP systems, particularly in invoice processing and materials management.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•> 5 Years Supply Chain Experience including Logistics and manufacturing in automotive industry.

•Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages are preferred.

•Detailed understanding of Mexico trade regulations and requirements
