We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Materials Handler. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and will work in Pompano Beach, FL.

About the position

As Materials Handler of the Pompano Beach, FL team, you will be involved in pulling and verifying materials and supplies on production orders. This position will maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering parts pulled for production orders and assisting with receiving and putting away material.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Receiving, pulling parts for job orders and inventory
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and transactions as instructed
  • Load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company Purchase order

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be a solid experience within Warehouse Operations and Inventory Control as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • Prior Warehouse experience required
  • Prior Manufacturing Stockroom experience preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of Material Handling – 1 year experience
  • Inventory cycle count experience preferred
  • Familiar with production and inventory systems
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Computer skills. Experience using MicroSoft Word and Excel preferred
  • Ability to lift 50-75 pounds
  • Forklift experience preferred
