  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential impacts on products, materials, and compliance processes.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, laboratories, and regulatory organizations to verify compliance requirements and supporting data.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, and quality teams to investigate and resolve compliance-related issues.
  • Maintain compliance data, records, and documentation to support regulatory reporting and program requirements.

Desired Competencies:

  • Critical Thinking: You analyze information objectively, evaluate options, and apply sound judgment to solve problems and make informed decisions.
  • Collaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.
  • Technical / Functional Expertise: You apply the required technical or professional knowledge to perform your role effectively and stay current within your area of expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in compliance testing, regulatory compliance, sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of material compliance regulations and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks, technical documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
