What will you do?
Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials throughout the production cycle.
Develop and implement material plans to help ensure timely availability of materials and minimize downtime.
Prepare and manage the demand production schedule for a facility with multiple product lines and/or customers.
Collaborate with purchasing, production, engineering, and other internal partners on new product releases and long-term customer needs.
Track material flow, support inventory control efforts, and help address shortages or schedule changes as needed.
Oversee materials coordinators and/or analysts and support day-to-day material management processes.
How You Will Do It
Stay close to the production planby aligning material schedules with current demand and changing priorities.
Use clear data and timely updatesto keep the demand production schedule accurate and actionable.
Work as one teamwith purchasing, production, and engineering to remove obstacles before they affect output.
Own follow-through and documentationso handoffs, planning records, and status updates remain reliable.
Improve every dayby looking for practical ways to strengthen material flow, scheduling accuracy, and response time.
What are we looking for?
University degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in materials planning or purchasing.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in materials management and scheduling software.
