Job Description

Performs various clerical and physical duties to facilitate maintaining raw materials and finished goods Inventory.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate inventory transactions for raw materials, finished goods, etc.
  • Maintain system accuracy in Knowles ERP system, ORACLE
  • Physically store raw materials, parts and chemicals in assigned locations
  • Perform picking functions to assist inventory team
  • Maintain strict material and chemical handling practices in accordance with safety procedures
  • Be able to assist supplier delivery drivers and be comfortable answering the dock doorbell
  • Assist Production and Engineering team with locating raw materials
  • Perform cycle counts and backup other supply chain areas such as receiving.
  • Perform good housekeeping and maintain 5S in area
  • Support the organization’s metric goals and objectives
  • Abide by all procedures, safety guidelines and standard operating documents
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 2+ years of inventory control experience
  • Experience with data entry
  • Able to partner and collaborate with other departments and be self-directed
  • All applicants must be eligible to work in the US without restriction to ITAR documentation and materials.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Must be a US citizen, legal permanent resident, refugee, or asylum.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

The pay rate for this role is $21 - $23 per hour
