Scope of Position
The Materials AdministrativeAssistantprovides clerical and administrative support to the Materials Department. This roleis responsible formaintainingaccuratedata,assistingwith inventory and materials tracking processes, and supporting daily operationsthrough the use ofSAP and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems and data in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Materials team
Enter, update, andmaintaindata within SAP accurately andtimely
Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report on materials and inventory data
Assistwith purchase orders, inventory records, and materials documentation
Support internal communication by coordinating information between departments
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Assistwith reporting, audits, and process documentation as needed
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Comply withall safety and company policies and procedures.
RequiredQualifications
1+ yearsof administrative, clerical, or supportexperience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Experience working with SAP (or similar ERP systems) preferred
Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel (including data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet management)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Understanding ofand adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
Must successfullyestablishemployment eligibility and satisfactorily complete backgroundchecks andrequiredpre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You willbe requiredto work at the Company’s location inFranklin, NH.Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
