We Take Care of Our Team

This position offers:

  • Starting pay of $21.85/hr. up to top pay of $30.84/hr.*
  • Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential

*additional shift differential for off-shifts

General Purpose of the Position:

Safely and efficiently supply materials to internal customers while maintaining timely delivery and minimizing operational costs

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate powered industrial vehicles, including forklifts, order pickers, tuggers, and reach trucks—safely and efficiently in accordance with company procedures and OSHA regulations.
  • Receives, stores, picks, and issues materials required to support assembly processes throughout the plant, completing all tasks safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable L.W.I.s while maintaining high quality standards
  • Complete all required daily paperwork and maintain accurate updates on production boards.
  • Conduct 5S audits and complete assigned daily checklists.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
  • Use daily discomfort logs and report any sickness, injury, or safety concern immediately—regardless of severity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through consistent housekeeping practices.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by moving to various work areas based on production demands.
  • Be available to work overtime, including weekends, as required by the production schedule.
  • Participate in team huddles, group projects, and one‑on‑one communications to support team alignment.
  • Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma/GED
  • Years of Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in materials preferred
  • Other Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detailed- oriented and multitasking
  • Proficient Computer skills, good understanding of MRP fundamentals.
  • Investigated and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow basic instructions, ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Parts handling experience knowledge of component identification
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Capability of operating different types of material handling equipment

Physical Requirements

  • Use a forklift and perform job duties at elevated heights, including working up to 20 feet above ground level.
  • Lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds with proper assistance.
  • Use hands continuously throughout the shift, including gripping, manipulating, and positioning tools or materials.
  • Stand for prolonged periods (majority of the shift), including standing while working at benches or workstations.
  • Perform frequent bending, twisting, and torso rotation throughout the shift, including reaching to lower levels, turning at the waist, and maintaining bent‑over positions as required by task demands.
  • Perform frequent hand and arm movements, including:
    • Full‑fist gripping of tools
    • Pressing or pushing with thumbs and fingers
    • Twisting the lower arm
    • Turning or bending the wrist up, down, left, or right
  • Push and pull equipment or materials—such as carts, pallet jacks, or bins—on a regular basis.
  • Reach forward frequently during work processes
