PermanentJoin the Finning Canada family! We are currently seeking Material Supply Assistants to support our customer located at Mildred Lake. The Material Supply Assistant is responsible for general warehouse duties including picking and packing orders, loading of parts trucks, verifying bill of landings, shipping orders to meet strict deadlines and warehouse racking dismantling and reassembling.

Our Incentives Include:
• This position supports our client site located at Mildred Lake on a 14 x 14 Continuous Shift rotation
• $39.70 - $48.00 / hour
• $300 / year Boot Allowance
• Comprehensive Benefits
• Housing Allowance (available for candidates residing in Fort McMurray)
• Camp available for non-local candidates

  • Picking customer and branch parts orders
  • Packing and labeling parts orders for shipment
  • Shipping and Receiving
  • Loading and unloading of the parts trucks
  • Assembly and Disassembly of racking
  • Other general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum grade 12 education
  • Previous parts warehousing and/or heavy equipment experience would be considered an asset
  • Hold or be willing to achieve crane, forklift and related safety training certifications such as WHIMS and TDG
  • Forklift training, and experience working with radio frequency and bar-coding technology would be an asset
  • A strong commitment to safety is imperative

Important Information:

  • Role located at Mildred Lake on a 14x14 Continuous Shift Rotation
  • Any future shift changes that may occur will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement.
  • Candidate selection will be in compliance with the Terms & Conditions of the current Collective Agreement
