Main responsibilities

EHS

• Ensure all activities comply with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, company EHS requirements, and Responsible Care (RC) principles.
• Maintain a safe working environment and perform all tasks in accordance with plant safety regulations, company EHS guidelines, RC requirements, and Quality and Energy Management Systems.
• Ensure safety equipment is available and in good condition.
• Promote good safety behavior and address unsafe conditions.

Production

• Follow work instructions and coordinate with Production, QC, Customization, SCM, Warehouse, Maintenance and other relevant functions to ensure accurate and timely raw material preparation.
• Perform regular inventory and stock count activities.
• Complete production documentation accurately and within the required timeline.
• Ensure appropriate status labels (e.g., Accepted tag, NCM, Warning Labels) are correctly displayed on material packaging.
• Complete SAP transactions accurately and on time, including goods issue, goods receipt, stock movements, and monthly process order verification and closure.
• Create purchase requisitions for operational requirements and monitor consumable inventory levels.
• Support warehouse material handling and movement activities during the absence of warehouse personnel.
• Support the Supervisor in analyzing and evaluating inventory losses.
• Assist production-related tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor.

5S

• Maintain good housekeeping standards and ensure material packaging remains clean and in good condition during stock counting and stock return activities.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve 5S practices throughout the production and warehouse areas.
• Perform routine cleaning and inspection of equipment and promptly report any abnormalities or defects to the Production Supervisor to ensure equipment reliability and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• High Vocational Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or production operations; chemical industry experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
